摘 要:在广域信息具备情况下,从简化现有电力元件继电保护的配置方式和定值配合出发,提出了一种由现有主保护加集中式后备保护的配置方式。集中式后备保护系统测量本侧电力元件的电压和电流、主保护动作及开关状态信息,并收集相邻变电站的状态量信息,方便地实现以下功能:主保护拒动时,起到快速近后备保护作用;断路器失灵时,跳开失灵断路器的相邻断路器,最小范围内切除故障;在相邻变电站直流电源消失时,提供远后备作用。以方向比较原理给出的该后备保护系统的实现例子,在故障发生后,根据保护范围内元件的拓扑连接关系、不同位置方向元件的指示形成故障位置判别矩阵,经运算确定具体的故障元件,给出合理的跳闸策略。算例表明,该算法对缺少某个方向元件信息情况下仍有很好的适应性。A relay configuration scheme of existing main protections plus centralized backup protections is proposed to simplify the protection configuration and the settings cooperation of substation where .the wide area information is available. The CBPS(Centralized Backup Protection System) measures the currents and voltages of local electric elements and the status of local circuit breakers,as well as collects the status information of adjacent substations,to easily achieve the following functions:when the main protection refuses to act,provides the quick local backup protection;when the circuit breaker fails to trip,trips its adjacent circuit break to minimize the fault area;when the DC power supply of the adjacent substation fails,provides remote backup protection. As an example,the direction comparison principle is used in its implementation: after fault occurs,the fault position detection matrix is formed based on the topological connections of elements within the protection zone and the directions of position elements,and the fault element is located by calculation and the reasonable trip strategy is given. The results of case studv shaw its good adaptability even when one direction element fails to operate.
