摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道冷刀切开加绿激光治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁的可行性和疗效。方法尿道狭窄与闭锁患者40例,均采用经尿道冷刀内切开加绿激光汽化瘢痕治疗。结果40例手术均顺利完成,手术时间30～80min,术后住院6～8d。随访3～6个月,36例患者术后排尿通畅,4例行尿道扩张后排尿通畅。结论经尿道冷刀切开加绿激光治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁简单易行,疗效安全可靠。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of treating urethrostenosis and urethratresia using transurethral cold-knife incision combined potassium-titanyl-phosphate （KTP） laser. Methods Twenty-six patients with anterior urethral stricture and 14 patients with posterior urethral stricture underwent transurethral cold-knife incision combined KTP laser. Results The operation time was 30 - 80 min. The postoperative hospital stay was 6 - 8 days. The patients were followed up from 3 to 6 months without complaint of voiding difficulties in 36 patients. Conclusion Transurethral cold-knife incision combined KTP laser could be a simple, safe and effective treatment for urethrostenosis and urethratresia.
