摘　　要：目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎患者嗅觉障碍的病因。方法用嗅感觉神经元标记蛋白抗体(Anti-OMP)标记慢性鼻窦炎患者(A组)及正常人(B组)嗅黏膜中成熟嗅感觉神经元,荧光显微镜观察并计数;用TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡现象。结果B组单视野嗅黏膜OMP阳性细胞数为(20.75±10.05)个,明显多于A组的(4.38±2.41)个(P<0.05);B组OMP阳性细胞中TUNEL阳性细胞数为(0.38±0.52)个,明显少于A组的(3.88±2.47)个(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎患者嗅觉障碍可能与成熟嗅感觉神经元细胞凋亡有关。Objective To observe the change of the apoptosis of olfactory neuron in patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods The mature olfactory neuron samples from the patients with chronic sinusitis（group A） and normal subjects（group/3） was marketed by immunohistochemistry with the anti-OMP. The cell number was counted with fluorescence microscope and cell apoptosis was examined by TUNEL method in the same slice. Results The cell number of OMP positive in a single sight was significantly greater in group B than that in group A[（20.75 ± 10. 05） pieces vs. （4. 38 ± 2. 41） pieces] （P〈0. 05）. Of OMP positive cells, the cell number of TUNEL positive in a single sight was significantly less in group B than that in group A [（0. 38±0. 52） pieces vs. （3. 88±2. 47） pieces] （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Dysosmia in the patients with chronic sinusitis may be related to the apoptosis of the mature olfactory neurons in the olfactory mucous membrane.
