摘 要:目的比较产前给予维生素A缺乏饲料对大鼠胎肺转化生长因子(TGF)-β3基因和蛋白表达的影响。方法24只孕鼠随机分为维生素A缺乏饲料组(15只)和正常饲料(对照)组(9只)。孕21d取胎鼠肺,RT-PCR法检测TGF-β3mRNA表达水平,免疫组织化学法检测TGF-β3蛋白表达水平。结果维生素A缺乏饲料组TGF-β3基因和蛋白表达水平均低于正常饲料组(P<0.05)。结论产前给予维生素A缺乏饲料能影响大鼠胎肺TGF-β3mRNA及TGF-β3蛋白的表达,从而干扰胎肺功能的发育。Objective To investigate the effects of vitamin A-deficient diets on the expression of transforming growth factor(TGF)-β3 in rat fetal lung. Methods 24 pregnant rats were randomly divided into two groups of vitamin A-deficient diet (15 rats) and normal diet (9 rats). On 21^st gestational day,Cesareans were carried out and rat fetal lungs were taken for detecting the expression levels of TGF-β3 mRNA by RT-PCR and TGF-β3 protein by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression levels of TGF-β3 mRNA and protein were significantly lower in in vitamin A-deficicrtt diet group than those in normal diet group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Vitamin A deficiency in diets could inhibit the expression levels of TGF-β3 mRNA and TGF-β3 protein in rat fetal lung, which may interfere the growth of rat fetal lung.
