青蒿琥酯片中乙醇溶剂残留的液固顶空气相色谱法测定

摘　　要：建立液固顶空气相色谱法分析青蒿琥酯片中乙醇溶剂残留。采用DB-1大口径毛细管柱,以正丙醇为内标进行定量。乙醇的线性范围为556～4448μg·mL-1(r=0.9997),回收率为100.4%,RSD为0.79﹪。本方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好。To develop solution-solid headspace gas chromatography ior the determination of residual ethanol solvent in Artesunate Tablets. Using DB-1 Wide Bore capillary column and propanol as internal standard. The linear concentration region of ethanol was556-4448μg·mL^-1（r=0.9997） the ethanol was 100.4 % with RSD 0.79 % respectively. The method is simple, accurate, highly sensitive and of good reproducibility.
