摘　　要：目的了解口腔科护理人员医院感染管理存在的问题,并提出相应的管理对策,以提高口腔科医院感染管理质量。方法采用便利抽样方法,以广州市82家医院口腔科和口腔诊所为监测点,采用自行设计的调查问卷调查口腔科护理人员医院感染管理存在的问题。结果管理最好的项目是空气紫外线或臭氧消毒(100.0%),而物体表面消毒、护理人员手卫生、护理操作及无菌消毒液的使用管理等项目存在不同程度的管理缺陷。结论强化护理人员自我防护意识,加强护理人员专业知识培训及质量检查可提高口腔科医院感染管理质量。Objective To investigate the management defects of hospital infection on stomatologieal nursing staff and put forward its countermeasures. Method Departments of stomatology in 82 hospitals and dental clinics in Guangzhou city were chosen by cluster sampling method, and 260 nurses were investigated by using self-designed questionnaire. Result The best management item was air uhraviolet or ozone disinfection （100%）, while different degrees of management deficiencies were found in other management items （surface disinfection, hand hygiene of nurses, nursing operation and the use of aseptic disinfection solution）. Conclusion To strengthen the sense of self-protection, personnel＇s training of professional knowledge and quality checking may improve the quality of infection management of stomatological hospital.
