单腔中心静脉导管在卵巢癌腹腔化疗中的应用护理

摘　　要：目的总结单腔中心静脉导管在卵巢癌腹腔化疗中应用的护理要点。方法2006年1月～至2008年8月对本科室收治的50例卵巢癌患者,给予施行腹腔穿刺留置单腔中心静脉导管进行腹腔化疗。结果50例患者均有效控制腹水,卵巢癌缩小;化疗过程出现腹胀17例,腹痛5例,腹泻2例,导管堵塞5例,导管脱出2例,肾毒性反应2例,经处理后症状好转。结论卵巢癌采用单腔中心静脉导管行腹腔穿刺置管化疗术,具有操作简单、安全、经济、创伤小等优点,值得临床推广应用。在使用的同时要加强护理,防止并发症的发生。Objective To summarize the nursing method of single-lumen central vein catheter in the intraperitoneal chemotherapy of ovarian cancer. Method Fifty patients diagnosed as ovarian cancer were treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy in the department of Gynecologic Oneology from January 2006 to August 2008, using single-lumen central vein catheter by peritoneoeentesis. Results Ascites was effectively controlled and malignant ovarian tumors shrinked. Abdominal distention oecurred in 17 eases, abdominal pain in 5, catheter blockage in 5, and catheter prolapse in 2. Symptoms were improved after treatment. Conclusions The method of single-lumen central vein catheter for intraperitoneal chemotherapy was well established for its convenient operation, and featured as safe, economieal, and less aggressive. Manipulation skills during periteneocentesis and careful nursing during the catheter staying are required. Prevention and management of complications are most important.
