摘  要:用高效毛细管电泳法测定泰特中还原型和氧化型谷光甘肽含量。电泳系统由100mmol/L硼酸盐缓冲液和10mmol/LN-[2-羟基-1,1-二羟甲基-乙基]甘氨酸(tricine)组成(pH8.5);工作电压20kV,检测波长200nm,6min内两组分达到基线分离。选用脲苷作内标物进行测定,两组分在20~500μg/ml范围内呈线性。A highperformance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) method for the separation and determination of reduced and oxidized glutathione in TAD was developed. The run buffer contained 100 mmol/L borate and 10 mmol/L N[2hydroxy1,1bis(hydroxymethyl)ethyl] glycine(tricine) (pH 8.5), and the applied voltage was 20 kV with the detection wavelength of 200 nm. A baseline separation of the two types of glutathione could be achieved in 6 minutes. The standard curves were both linear from 20 to 500 μg/ml, using uridine as internal standard.
