摘 要:目的观察桂甘龙牡汤对实验性心律失常的影响。方法采用氯仿诱发小鼠室颤,舌静脉快速注射乌头碱诱发大鼠室早,各组分别给予不同药物灌胃,研究桂甘龙牡汤抗心律失常的作用。结果氯仿诱发小鼠室颤实验中,桂甘龙牡汤高、中剂量组及普萘洛尔组与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),能明显减少小鼠室颤的发生;乌头碱诱发大鼠室早实验中,桂甘龙牡汤高剂量组及普萘洛尔组与空白对照组比较有差异(P<0.05),能显著延长大鼠室早的潜伏期,明显缩短室早的持续时间。结论桂甘龙牡汤具有明显的抗实验性心律失常作用。Objective To observe the effect of Gui Gan Long Mu Tang(GGLMT) on experimental arrhythmia. Methods Chloroform was used to induce ventricular fibrillation in mice. Aconitine was used to induce premature ventricular beats(PVB) by rapid lingual venous injection in rats. Different drugs were applied for gastric infusion in every group successively to study their impacts on anti - arrhythmia. Results In the experiment of ventricular fibrillation induced by chloroform in mice, the significant difference presented in the comparison of high and middle dose groups of GGLMT and propranolol group with blank control group( P 〈0.01 ). The treatment of experimental groups reduced the morbidity of ventricular fibrillation in mice ap- parently. In the experiment of PVB induced by aconitine in rats, the significant difference presented in the comparison of high dose group of GGLMT and propranolol group with blank control group( P 〈 0.05 )and the treatment of experimental groups prolonged significantly the latency of PVB in rats and shorted apparently PVB duration. Conclusion GGLMT has the apparent effect on anti -arrhythmia in experimental research.
