养阴降糖片的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立养阴降糖片的质量控制标准。方法采用TLC法对葛根、川芎、黄芪进行定性分析，采用HPLC法测定葛根中葛根素的含量。结果TLC图谱斑点清晰，阴性样品无干扰；葛根素在0．0923-1．0153μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．43％，RSD为1．23％（n=5）。结论该方法专属性强，灵敏度高，重现性好，可用于养阴降糖片的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard for yangyinjiangtang tablets. Methods TLC was adopted in qualitative analysis of Radix puerariae lobatae, Rhizoma chuanxiong and Radix astragali. HPLC was used to determine the content of puerarin. Results TLC spectrum spots were clear in TCL and interference did not happen in negative samples. Linear relation was good for puerarin in the range from 0. 092 3 to 1.015 3μg（r =0.999 9） ,its average recovery was 100.43% and RSD was 1.23% （n =5）. Conclusion This method is strong in specificity, high in sensitivity and good in reproducibility and is applicable for quality control of yangyinjiangtang tablets.
