摘 要:现代供应链的特点之一是批量生产模式与定制化生产模式的有机结合。针对这一特点,可将组成产品的零部件分为按批量生产的通用件和按定制化生产的差异件,而对应这两类生产模式可分别采用不同的库存控制策略。由于通用件生产活动呈相对较强的连续性,而差异件生产活动以及通用件与差异件的销售、运输活动则呈一定的离散性,因而可以将供应链看成是连续与离散变量混合的动态系统。根据上述考虑,利用混合Petri网对供应链混合动态系统进行建模,并与离散Petri网的性能进行对比。仿真结果表明:混合Petri网模型可有效地反映供应链的动态特性。One of the characteristics in modem supply chains is the organic combination of batch production with customization production. According to this characteristic, components and parts of products can be divided into general parts in batch production and discrepant parts in customization production. Moreover, different inventory control strategies can be adopted corresponding to these two kinds of production modes. Since production activities of general parts present comparatively stronger continuity, while the production activities of discrepant parts and activities of marketing and transport present some discreteness, the supply chain systems can be seen as dynamic systems mixed with continuous variables and discrete ones. Based on the above insight, a hybrid Petri net is used to model the supply chain hybrid dynamic system, and its performance is compared with that of a discrete Petri net. The simulation results indicate that the hybrid Petri net can effectively describe the dynamic characteristics of the supply chain system.
