摘 要:目的:研发抗菌药使用剂量和频次智能化监控系统(以下简称"系统")以减少相关不良事件和提高抗感染疗效。方法:基于医院信息系统,实现抗菌药每日使用剂量和频次与患者年龄、肾功能状况相链接。结果:随机抽取1d数据,在516张住院患者的抗菌药处方中,"系统"共出现45条警示。对肾功能正常的成人,时间依赖性抗菌药以每日使用频次不足居多;而对肾功能不全者或老年人,则均为每日使用剂量或频次过多,发现因此而引发的药物不良事件2例。结论:这种链接方式切实可行,当抗菌药物处方中出现不符合说明书规定的使用剂量和(或)频次时,能够被该系统识别,而其临床作用有待实践检验。Objective: To develop "the intelligent prescription screening system about the antibiotics'dosage and frequency" in order to decrease adverse drug events and increase therapeutic efficacy. Method: the hospital information system was based, connection between the antibiotics' dosage and frequency with patients'age and their renal functions were realized. Result: The one day's data was sampled randomly, including 516 prescriptions of the antibiotics in patients, the "system" examined 45 warnings. There were many warnings of insufficient frequency about time-dependent antibiotics in adults with normal renal function ; All were excessive doses or frequencies in old ages and renal insufficient patients, 2 adverse drug events were found out. Conclusion: This kind of connection is practical. When prescriptions which violate the rules of dose and (or) frequency are present, they can be found out by the "system", but its effect on the clinical is to be proved.
