摘　　要：目的了解武汉市医院信息化建设中存在的问题,为合理制定武汉市医院信息化建设提供依据。方法在前期问卷调查的基础上,抽取16家有代表性的医院进行深入访谈。结果发现目前医院信息化建设主要问题有:缺乏统一标准、缺乏医院信息化建设的中长期规划、医院信息化方面的法律制定工作滞后、资金投入不足、医院领导的信息化意识和观念还有待提高、人员配备和技术力量不够等。武汉市医院信息化建设还处于初步阶段。结论医院领导应重视医院信息化建设,应制定统一标准,加大资金投入和人才队伍建设。Objective To investigate the situation of hospital information system construction of Wu Han City for improving policy making. Method Based on the previous questionnaire, 16 representative hospitals were chosen to conduct in-depth interview. Results It was found that the major problems in HIS construction in our country were lack of unified standards, mid-long stage construction plan, legislation about hospital information system, construction fund, the cognition and concept of the executives about HIS, the human resource and technique strength about HIS. The HIS construction of Wu Han City was at preliminary stage. Conclusion The leadership of hospital should paid enough attention in HIS construciton. It also should be put on the agenda to establish unified standards, increase funding input and set up expertise professional group.
