摘  要:本文通过对"211工程"大学图书馆借阅规则中读者类别和本科生、研究生、教师在借阅数量、借阅期限的统计分析,得出以下结论:①各馆在确定读者分类时呈现一定规律性和较强自主性。②本科生、研究生、教师借阅权限存在较大差异。③图书借阅数量和借阅期限设定呈现一定规律性。并对大学图书馆读者分类及权限设定的合理性和如何科学地制定高校图书馆借阅规则两个问题进行了探讨。Through analysed readers category and the number of loan , during the period of undergraduates, graduate students, and teachers prescribed in lending rules in 98 university libraries of "211 project", the results showed that :l.Libraries showed a certain regularity and more autonomous in determining classification of readers. 2.There were greater differences in lending authority of undergraduates, graduate students, and teachers. 3.The number of loan and during the period showed a certain regularity. Two issues were discussed:rationality of classification of readers and lending authority in college libraries ,and how to scientifically formulate lending rules of college libraries.
