384例环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎病人的临床护理

摘　　要：目的通过对384例狼疮性肾炎患者应用环磷酰胺治疗,探讨治疗不同阶段有针对性的护理方法。方法回顾性研究2004年1月至2008年1月384例狼疮性肾炎患者的资料,对患者用药前、用药中、用药后三个不同阶段的生活护理、用药护理、心理护理、并发症护理等分别进行论述。结果经过实施有针对性的整体护理后,本组384例病例中,仅66例出现轻度恶心、呕吐症状,21例白细胞下降,35例皮疹。并且以上症状均在给予相应护理措施后消失,无其他并发症发生。结论对环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎患者实施有的放矢的护理,取得较好护理效果,值得临床推广。Objective Through applies the endoxan treatment to 384 example lupous nephritis patient, the discussion treatment different stage has the pointed nursing method.Method Before the review research from January, 2004 to January, 2008 384 example lupous nephritis patient＇s material, applied drugs, in the medication to the patient, applies drugs the latter three different stages life nursing, medication nursing, psychological nursing, complication nursing and so on carries on the elaboration separately.Results Has pointed whole nursing after the implementation, in this group of 384 example case of illness, the only 66 examples have disgusting, the vomitive symptom mildly, 21 example white blood cell drops, 35 example skin rash.And above symptom after gives the corresponding nursing measure to vanish, does not have other complication occurrence.Conclusion Implements with a clear goal nursing to the endoxan treatment lupous nephritis patient, obtains the good nursing effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
