彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断右冠状动脉右室瘘的价值

摘　　要：目的彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断右冠状动脉右室瘘时,对临床手术具有指导价值。方法两例心前区双期杂音的患者,经彩色多普勒超声心动图检查。结果两例手术证实右冠状动脉右室瘘,并且瘘口的部位和数目与彩超诊断吻合。结论说明彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断右冠状动脉右室瘘准确性,并且能明确瘘口的数目和部位,对手术切口位置的选择有重要意义。Objective It is of good guidance that color doppler echocardiography diagnoses coronary artery fistula fight ventricle . Methods Take color doppler echocardiographical care of 2 cases who both have systolic and diastolic murmurs in precordial region auscultation. Results The 2 eases are finally diagnosed of coronary artery fistula fight ventricle which tallies with the results of color doppler echocardiography examination.Conclusions Color doppler echocardiography has good accuracy to diagnose coronary artery fistula fight ventricle .It＇s a good guidance to figur out the number and positons of coronary artery fistulas,and how to choose the operative incisions.
