摘　　要：目的探讨神经外科手术麻醉药物的进展及其麻醉的最佳方案。方法查阅文献,分析对比用于神经外科手术的静脉麻醉药、吸入麻醉药、麻醉性镇痛、局部麻醉药及肌松药对中枢神经的作用和影响。结果对各类麻醉药物的中枢神经作用有了进一步的认识,各麻醉药物联合使用可互相弥补不足。结论复合多种药物能更好发挥药理作用,达到理想的神经外科麻醉的效果。Objective To investigate the neurosurgical anesthesia narcotic drugs and its the best solution. Methods literature review, analysis and comparison of neurosurgery for the intravenous anesthetics, volatile anesthetics, narcotic analgesics, local anesthetics and muscle relaxants on the role and influence of the central nervous system. Results The various types of narcotic drugs, central nervous system has been further understanding of the role and use of narcotic drugs in combination with each other to meet the shortfall. Conclusion The composite multi-drug can exert pharmacological effects better, achieve the desired effect of neurosurgical anesthesia.
