摘　　要：α1-抗胰蛋白酶是人体内一种主要的蛋白酶抑制剂,与肺气肿、肝脏硬化等疾病的发生密切相关。笔者对α1-抗胰蛋白酶的理化性质、作用机制、分子遗传、与疾病的关系以及分离纯化等方面进行了综述。α1-antitrypsin is the major protease inhibitors of human plasma protein,It has elose relationship with emphysema, liver selerosis and other diseases. Here, we briefly review the research progress of α1-antitrypsin, ineluding the physical and ehemieal properties, meehanism, molecular biology, relationship with disease, and separation and purification.
