摘 要:用碳棒作为电极,设计正交实验研究了电解法对硝基苯模拟废水的处理效果,结果表明电压是影响硝基苯去除率的最重要因素,其次是电解时间,再下来是硝基苯初始浓度和电解质(Na2SO4)浓度;在进行的3组实验条件下,硝基苯的去除率更是达到了100%;最佳电解条件为:硝基苯浓度为0.1 mL.L-1,Na2SO4浓度为10 g.L-1,电解电压为15 V,电解时间为90 min。此外,笔者对电解法去除硝基苯的各影响因素的作用机制做了初步探讨。With carbon rod as the battery electrode, orthogonal experiment was used to study the effect of electrolytic method in treating wastewater simulated with nitrobenzene. The results showed that the factors influencing the removal rate of nitrobenzene were listed in the following orders according to their importance in the process, namely voltage, electrolysis time and the initial concentration of nitrobenzene and electrolyte ( Na2SO4 ) concentration. Under 3 groups of experimental conditions, the removal rate of nitroben- zene was 100%, the best electrolysis conditions were as follows: the concentration of nitrobenzene was 0.1 mL L^-1 , the concentration of NazSO4 was 10g L^-1, electrolysis voltage was 15 V, and electrolysis time was 90 min. In addition, these factor's reaction mechanism in the removal of nitrobenzene electrolysis was discussed preliminarily.
