摘 要:目的评价荣芽杀灭钉螺的效果及其对野生鱼的急性的毒性,为推广应用提供科学依据。方法采用浸杀和喷洒法在现场进行灭螺试验,同时用野生鲫鱼进行鱼急性毒试验。结果现场荣芽25g/m3浸杀施药2、3和5d后,螺校正死亡率分别为31.52%、88.04%和94.67%;荣芽12g/m2喷洒3、7和15d后,钉螺校正死亡率分别为77.22%、85.71%和88.06%,鱼毒显示荣芽25g/m3施药7d后未见死鱼情况。结论荣芽具有较强杀螺作用,对鱼类安全。杀螺机理和对非靶生物的毒性有待进一步研究阐明。Objective To evaluate the molluscicidal effects and the toxicity to fresh water fish of Rongya. Methods Observations were carried out on molluscicidal effect of Rongya by using immersion and spraying in field. The toxicity of Rongya against the fish was determined with wild erucian carp in field . Results In field, the corrected mortality of snails were 31.52%,88.04% and 94.67% two, three and five days after immersion in 25g/m^3 of Rongya.The corrected mortality of snails were 77.22%, 85.71% and 88.06% three, 7 and 15d after spraying at the doses of 12g/m^2 of Rongya.The mortality of wild crucian carp was zero in seven days after immersion in 25g/m^3 of Rongya. Conclusions Rongya possesses potential molluscicidal effects and its toxicity to wild crucian carps was very low. However, snail molluscicidal mechanism and toxicity to other creatures be investigated.
