摘　　要：目的对第五轮海南省全球基金疟疾项目实施一年进行效果评价。方法根据海南省疟疾疫情报告、项目月报表、季报表、基线调查及2007年度专项调查资料统计分析。结果第五轮海南省全球基金疟疾项目覆盖全省16个市县,2007年发病数较上年同期下降8.36%,无疟疾死亡病例报告。1年完成发热病人血检148012人次,病例(含疑似病例)治疗50239人次(间日疟35328例,恶性疟14911例),项目地区居民带虫率较基线调查水平1.19%降低至1.12%,24h内疟疾病例规范治疗的比例较基线调查水平20.09%上升到24.22%、疟疾病例1周内报告的比例较基线调查水平19.6%上升到24.64%,达到了项目第一年的目标要求。结论海南省实施第五轮海南省全球基金疟疾项目成效显著。Objective To evaluate the results the fifth- round Global Fund for Malaria Control project a year after im implemented in Hainan one year. Methods According to the report of malaria infections , the monthly and seasonal statements ,the data of baseline survey and the special survey datas in 2007 were analyzed. Results The fifth round Global Fund for Malaria covered 16 cities and counties. Compared with 2006 , malaria incidence dropped by 8.36% in 2007, there were no deaths. Totally 14 8012 fever patients were examined with microcopes, 50 239 patients including suspected cases （35 328 P. vivax and 14 911, P.falciparum）. In Project area,the parasite-carrying rate in residents decreased from 1.19% to 1.12%, the regular treatment rate increased from 20.09 % to 24.22%, the cases report rate increased from 19.6% to 24.64%. Conclusion There significant results have been attained in fifth-round Global Fund for Malaria Control implemented in Hainan Province.
