摘　　要：目的探讨乳糜尿保守治疗的最佳方法。方法应用中西医结合、国产中碳链油(MCT)和消肿乳糜清制剂三种方法治疗观察乳糜尿和乳糜血尿的效果。结果中西医结合、国产中碳链油(MCT)的方法疗效短暂,且不稳定。消肿乳糜清系列制剂对乳糜尿和乳糜血尿的治愈率达92.38%,且疗效巩固。结论消肿乳糜清制剂是目前用于乳糜尿及乳糜血尿患者理想的天然治疗药物。Objective To discuss the optimal therapy for treatment of chyluria. Methods Traditional Chinese medicine, medium chain triglyceride CMCT） and Xiaozhongrumiqing in combination with Western medicine were use for treatment of patients with chyluria and hemotochyluria, and the efficacy was observed. Results The curative effects of combination of TCM with Western medicine （MCT） were short and/nstable, while the cure rate of Xiaozhongrnmiqing series preparations was 92.38%, and the therapeutic effect was stable. Conclusion Xiaozhongrumiqing is the ideal drugfor treatment of chyluria and hemotochyluria.
