摘　　要：目的研究汕头市交通事故伤中摩托车驾驶人员发生颅脑外伤程度与佩戴头盔的相关性。方法选取2005年1月～2008年12月由摩托车交通事故致驾驶员头部外伤伤者到我院急诊科就诊患者1856例,将其分为两组,一组为摩托车驾驶人员有带头盔,一组摩托车驾驶人员未带头盔,观察两组患者发生颅脑外伤的程度。结果未戴头盔组遭受颅脑损伤的程度较戴头盔组高(P<0.05)。结论摩托车驾驶人员佩戴头盔可以减轻颅脑外伤程度。Objective To analyze the correlation of motorcycle traffic craniocerebral trauma and the helmet use in Shantou City. Methods There 1 856 trauma patients hurt in motorcycle traffic accidents admitted to our hospital from 2005-1 to 2008-12 and were surveyed. Results The extent of craniocercbral trauma to those without wearing helmet is heavier than that wearing helmet,showing significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Helmet can protect motorcycler from severe cranioeercbral trauma in traffic accidents.
