摘　　要："希望工程"是中国青少年发展基金会组织实施的一项为青少年发展服务的社会公益事业,建立"希望工程"公益网站,能够呼吁国内外更多有爱心的人投入希望工程公益事业。本文论述了一个基于Html、JavaScript、CGI、数据库等技术集成的希望工程公益网站建设技术,对网站信息发布平台的建立、网页的规划与编制以及网站的管理进行了详细的介绍,对于"希望工程"公益网站的建设具有很大的参考价值。＂Project Hope＂ is an organization of the China Youth Development Foundation to develop social services and public welfare undertakings for young people. Setting up ＂Project Hope＂ charity web site, at home and abroad helps to call on more caring people to participate in the Project Hope public welfare undertakings. The establishment of Project Hope charity web site is discussed based on such technologies as Html, JavaScript, CGI and database etc. The establishment of Information publishing platform, the programming of web pages and the management of web site are described in detail. The paper can provide valuable references for establishment of ＂Project Hope＂ charity websites.
