摘  要:利用扫描电镜分析了东方蝼蛄前足爪趾表面及断面几何结构特征,得知东方蝼蛄前足爪趾具有中空结构,断面材料呈层状复合结构。利用切片法分析了前足爪趾中空结构。利用纳米力学测试系统对东方蝼蛄前足爪趾表皮材料进行了测试,可知东方蝼蛄爪趾内侧的弹性模量和纳米硬度明显高于其爪趾外侧。与已有研究结果比较表明,东方蝼蛄爪趾表皮的纳米硬度高于臭蜣螂、粪堆粪金龟、弧齿爪鳃金龟的前足胫节表皮的纳米硬度,并高于牛蹄、羊蹄和猪蹄蹄壁材料的纳米硬度。The surface and the section geometrical structure features of the foreleg' s tarsal claw of the oriental mole cricket (Gryllotalpa orientalis Burmeister) were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was found that there exists a hollow structure in the tarsal claw and the material of the section displays samdwich structure. The hollow structure of the foreleg's tarsal claw was modeled using the slice method. The hardness and elastic modulus of the foreleg's tarsal claw of the oriental mole cricket (Gryllotalpa orientalis Burmeister) were obtained by nanomechanical test system. The results show that the hardness and elastic modulus of the tergal cuticle material of the tarsal claw of the foreleg were higher than its front cuticle material. It was found through comparison that the hardness of the foreleg' s tarsal claw of the oriental mole cricket (GryUotalpa orientalis Burmeister) is higher than that of the tibia cuticle material of Copris ochus Motschulsky, Geotrupes stercorarius Linnaeus and Holotrichia sichotana Brenske, and higher than the hardness of the hoof wall materials of cattle, sheep and pig as well.
