摘 要:软件已遍布各行各业,伴随软件规模的增长,软件结构愈加复杂.选择合适的度量方法是企业成功管理软件项目、保证软件产品质量的重要因素之一.软件测量数据的选择、收集和分析是软件项目管理中复杂而又困难的活动.在多年从事通信电子行业软件项目开发与管理的基础上,依据该行业软件产品的特点,结合前人的研究成果,描绘了如何选择通信电子行业软件产品的度量,提供了收集和统计产品度量数据的有效方法.Today, software exists everywhere. The number of software is becoming more and more large, and software structures are becoming more and more complex. Choosing appropriate metrics is one of the important factors that help to achieve successful software project management and high software product quality. But choosing, gathering and analyzing software measurement data are complicated and difficult activities in the area of software project management. Choosing appropriate ones from hundreds of metrics is one of the key factors to lead the project to success. Based on years of practice and experience of authors, some predecessors' research and main feature of software in communications and electronics industry, the paper first described principles of choosing product metrics of this kind of software, then provided a simple and effective way of product data statistics.
