摘  要:本文运用完全因素分解方法,将影响中国钢铁行业能源消耗强度的因素分解为效率因素和结构因素,选取1980~2005年样本区间数据,建立了钢铁工业能源消耗强度变动的因素分析模型,对各因素的影响份额进行定量计算,结果表明由于技术水平的提高而使效率因素成为中国钢铁工业能源消耗强度降低的主导性因素,相对于效率份额,产品结构的变化对能耗强度降低的影响不大,甚至总体结构份额呈负面影响。Based on the complete decomposition model of energy consumption intensity,the factors which caused the changes of energy consumption intensity for iron & steel industry in China were decomposed into structure effect and efficiency effect.Thus,the decomposition model of energy consumption intensity for iron & steel industry was established.The changes of energy intensity was quantitatively analyzed based on the data of 1980-2004.The following results are achieved: the mayor factor changing energy consumption intensity for iron & steel industry was the efficiency effect which was caused by technological progress,while the structure effect had a negative impact on the energy efficiency.
