摘 要:目的探讨胸导联最大QRS电压与左心室质量指数的关系。方法在治疗性生活方式改变基础上将60例原发性高血压患者随机分为贝那普利组、吲达帕胺组及单纯治疗性生活方式改变组,分别于就诊时和治疗后第3、6月测定其血压、胸导联最大QRS电压及左心室质量指数,并比较治疗前后胸导联最大QRS电压与左心室质量指数的变化。结果胸导联最大QRS电压与左心室质量指数治疗前r=0.531,治疗3月r=0.629,治疗6月r=0.757,均呈高度正相关(P〈0.01)。结论胸导联最大QRS电压与左心室质量指数呈正相关,可作为高血压防治的指标。Objective To study the relationship between maximum QRS voltage(MQRSV) in precordial lead and left ventricular mass index (LVMI). Methods 60 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into benazepril treatment group, indapamide treatment group and lifestyle modification group. Blood pressure, MQRSV and LVMI were measured and compared before and at 3, and 6 months after treatment, respectively. Results The correlation coefficients between MQRSV and LVMI were 0.531, 0.629 and 0.757 before and at 3, and 6 months after treatment, respectively. Conclusion MQRSV in precordial lead is positively correlated with LVMI and may be used as an indication in prevention and treatment of hypertension.
