摘  要:目的探讨经桡动脉冠状动脉介入术前后短期桡动脉内皮功能的变化。方法分别对33例经右桡动脉冠状动脉介入术患者手术前后48~72h行右侧桡动脉血管超声检查,记录静息状态下及反应性充血后的桡动脉内径,计算其反应性充血诱发的内径变化百分率。结果术后桡动脉血流介导的管腔内径扩大较术前小,分别为(1.61±2.20)%、(7.69±5.10)%,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05);桡动脉中段的管径较术前增大.分别为(2.97±0.49)mm、(2.44±0.47)mm。差异有非常显著性意义(P〈0.01)。结论经桡动脉冠状动脉介入操作短期内对桡动脉内皮功能有不良影响,但出现桡动脉管径的明显扩张。Objective To assess short-term effect of transradial coronary intervention procedure(TClP)on endothelial function of radial artery. Methods 33 patients underwent radial artery ultrasound examination before and at 48-72 hours after TCIP. The diameter was measured at baseline, and during reactive hyperemia before and after the procedure, respectively. The percentage of diameter change in response to reactive hyperemia was calculated. Results The percentage of radial artery flow-mediated dilation was significantly smaller[( 1.61 ± 2.20 )% vs ( 7.69 ± 5.10 )%, P 〈 0.05], while the diameter of radial artery was significantly larger[ ( 2.97 ±0.49 )mm vs ( 2.44± 0.47 )mm, P 〈 0.01], after than before the procedure. Conclusion TCIP impairs endothelial function of the radial artery in short term, but the radial artery dilates obviously.
