摘 要:为了对双向抽运的飞秒激光直写铒镱共掺磷酸盐玻璃波导激光器进行数值模拟,采用铒镱共掺系统的速率方程及传输方程,对波导尺寸、激光器后腔镜反射率、掺杂铒镱离子浓度比等参量进行了优化。得到当波导长度为10mm、后腔镜反射率为0.6、掺杂铒镱离子浓度比为3.6,975nm 波长400mW 抽运时,有1535nm 波长57mW 的激光输出。结果表明,计算结果和国外相关报道的实验结果相近,能够为飞秒激光加工有源玻璃波导及其激光器设计提供一定的理论依据。In order that numerical simulation of the bidirectional pumped, erbium and ytterbium co-doped phosphate glass waveguide laser fabricated by femtosecond laser pulses was performed, based on the transition rate equations and propagation equations of the erbium and ytterbium co-doped system,the optimal parameters such as the size of the waveguide,output coupler reflectivity, the ratio of Er^3+/Yb^3+ were obtained. The results indicated that with the parameters of 10mm long waveguide ,0.6 of the mirror reflectivity and 3.6 of the ratio of Er^3+/Yb^3+ ,the laser at 1535nm output up to 57mW with the pump power of 400mW at 975nm. The theoretical analysis agreed well with the experimental results reported so far. The simulation results provide a rigid theoretical base for the fabrication of active glass waveguide and the design of femtosecond laser.
