温度调谐宽波段光参量振荡器的实验研究

摘  要:为了获得宽波段的可调谐相干光源,利用1064nm 声光调 Q Nd:YAG 激光器为抽运源、掺氧化镁周期极化铌酸锂晶体为工作物质,对温度调谐光参量振荡器进行了实验研究。由实验数据可知,当晶体的温度从40℃升高到200℃时,获得信号光的调谐范围为1.565μm~1.670μm;当抽运源脉宽为70ns、重复频率为10kHz、平均功率为1.61W 时,获得波长为1631nm 信号光的输出功率为211mW。结果表明,温度调谐光参量振荡器可以作为宽波段的可调谐相干光源。In order to obtain a broadband tunable coherent source,based on MgO-doped periodically-poled lithium niobate, an optical parametric oscillator (OPO) was pumped by a 1064nm acousto-optically Q-switched Nd: YAG laser, which can be conveniently tuned by means of changing its temperature. When the crystal temperature was adjusted from 40℃ to 200℃, the tunable mid-infrared output wavelength shifted from 1. 565μm to 1. 670μm. When the average pump power was 1.61W with about 70ns pulse duration operating at a repetition rate of 10kHz, the maximum signal output power of the OPO was about 21 lmW at 1631 nm. It was shown from the results that temperature tunable optical parametric oscillator was a candidate of broadband tunable coherent sources.
