摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定烟酸占替诺氯化钠注射液中烟酸占替诺含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Dikma DiamonsilC18,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(12∶88∶0.25∶0.1),检测波长为267nm,流速为0.8mL·min-1,进样量为20μL,柱温为室温。结果:烟酸占替诺检测浓度的线性范围为30.4～182.4μg.mL-1(r=0.9991);平均回收率为100.6%,RSD=0.07%。结论:本方法准确、快速、专属性好,可用于该制剂中主药的含量测定。OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of xanthinol nicotinate in Xanthinol Nicotinate and Sodium Chloride Injection by HPLC. METHODS： The chromatographic separation was performed on Dikma Diamonsil C18 column and the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of methanol - water - glacial acetic acid - triethylamine （12 ： 88 ： 0.25 ： 0.1） at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 267 nm; the sample size was 20uL and the column temperature was kept at room temperature. RESULTS： The linear range of xanthinol nicotinate was 30.4--182.4ug·mL^-1 （ r = 0.999 1） with an average recovery of 100.6% （RSD = 0.07%） . CONCLUSION： The established method is accurate, rapid, specific and suitable for the determination of the content of main components in this preparations.
