摘 要:目的评价主动脉表面脉搏血氧饱和度的信号,观察其噪声来源。方法选择10只成年杂种犬开胸,比较正常和低氧下犬降主动脉表面和舌表面的脉搏血氧饱和度容积波波形和读数;比较主动脉表面血氧饱和度探头施压前后的读数。结果在主动脉表面可获得脉搏血氧饱和度信号,但动脉自身搏动使其读数与舌血氧饱和度读数(StO2)和光纤血氧饱和度读数(ScO2)有显著差异,是大动脉表面脉搏血氧饱和度信号主要的噪声来源。Objective To evaluate signal of arterial oxygen saturation and its'main noises by pulse oximetry at the surface of aorta in dogs.Methods After ten healthy adult dogs were anesthetized and open-chested,a single-use pediatric pulse oximeter (Nellcor Ⅱ) was fixed respectively at the surface of aorta and tongue. The plethysmographie pulse waves and the value of SpO2 were showed on the same monitoring screen and recorded during hypersaturation and desaturation. And the value of SpO2 at the surface of aorta was observed before and after pressed aortic surface oxygen saturation probe. Results The signal of arterial oxygen saturation can be got by pulse oximetry at the surface of aorta, but the value of aorta was significantly less than both StO2 and ScO2.
