摘 要:随着图像存储与传输系统(PACS)的快速发展,合理制定影像诊断工作站的配置方案,保证软阅读的图像显示质量逐渐成为一个重要的研究课题。本文着重说明了显示性能与医学影像诊断评价的关系,主要从显示器的亮度、分辨率、表面清洁度、环境照度、统计学评价方法(ROC曲线法)等方面来介绍PACS系统中的诊断质量控制。With rapid development of picture arohiving and communication system(PACS),the interpretation of medical images has been changing from a mode based on films and light boxes to one based on computers and medical displays. A quality assurance program to the condition of workstation displays and image quality guidelines for interpretation from soft-copy reading has become increasingly important. This article analyzes and synthesizes the relationship of display performance and the medical image diagnostic appraisal. Mainly from the monitor lightness and resolution, superficial cleanliness, the environment degree of illumination, statistics assessment method (ROC curve) and so on, the diagnostic quality control in PACS system is introduced.
