摘 要:试验采用L8正交试验设计,用体外培养法研究异丁酸、异戊酸和2-甲基丁酸不同配比对奶牛瘤胃发酵的影响,并且筛选适合瘤胃发酵的异位酸适宜配比。结果表明,异位酸不同配比对瘤胃pH没有显著影响(P>0.05);异位酸配比1组(45∶33∶22)与未添加组相比,瘤胃液氨态氮浓度显著降低了18.36%(P<0.05),而瘤胃液的菌体蛋白浓度和培养残留物有机干物质消化分别显著提高了13.43%、10.97%(P<0.05)。因此,异丁酸、异戊酸和2-甲基丁酸3者按45∶33∶22比例混合,可以缓解瘤胃蛋白质降解速度,提高菌体蛋白质含量和有机物的消化率。配比1组多项指标综合指数正效应明显,因此确定混合异位酸的适宜混合比例为45∶33∶22。The method of invitro was used, the orthogonal design of L8 designed, to investigate effect of different combina tion of mixture isoacids that including isobutyric acid ,isovaleric acid and 2 methyl nail acid on rumen fermentation in cow and find out their appropriate ratio. The result showed that different combination of mixture isoacids had no significant influence on pH of tureen (P〉0.05) ; the NO. 1 combination of mixture isoacids could significantly decrease the concentration of NH3-N of rumen to 18.36% (P(0.05) as well as increase the concentration of BCP and digestion of the residue of organic dry matter by 13.4% and 10. 97% (P(0.05). In this ease, the evaluation of MFAEI of this concentration was positive. Therefore, we could conclude that the combination of 45 % : 33 % : 22 % of mixture isoacids could release the protein degradation and increase the concentration of BCP and the digestion of organic dry matter residue.
