IL-6对约氏疟原虫子孢子入侵和红外期发育的影响

摘　　要：将１０４ｕＩＬ－６在子孢子接种前或后分别注入大鼠体内，观察比较子孢子发育率、红外期原虫直径。结果显示：子孢子接种前、子孢子接种后注入１０４ｕＩＬ－６及对照组的子孢子发育率分别为４．８３％、４．４５％、２．２２％，红外期原虫直径分别为２３．０５μｍ、２３．４１μｍ、２９．０９μｍ。表明ＩＬ－６对疟原虫子孢子发育率无明显影响，但可影响红外期的发育速度。To investigate the effect of rhu IL 6 on the sporozoite infection and development of exoerythrocytic forms (EEF) of Plasmodium yoelii,sporozoites were inoculated before or after 104U IL 6 was injected into rats.Percentage of sporozoites developed into EEF and diameter of EEF were observed.The results showed that percentage of sporozites developed into EEF in Group I,Group Ⅱ and the control was 483%,445%,222% respectively,Diameter of EEF was 2305μm,2341μm,2909μmIt indicated that the effect of IL 6 on the percentage of sporozoites developed into EEF was not observed,but it had direct relation to diameter of EEF
