区域经济发展差距中的金融要素及其缓解路径

摘　　要：中国地区间金融发展不均衡与经济差距扩大的复杂成因决定了在中国区域金融发展的理论研究方面需进一步探索其内在规律。在实证研究方面,由于研究角度、研究方法和数据选择的差异,结论有明显的分歧。在实际经济运行中表现为,区域金融政策目标指向不够明确且没有量化、政策空间狭小、新政策工具不足。因此,必须借鉴成熟的市场经济国家的区域金融政策经验,并根据自身的特点和条件,来修正和完善现行金融政策,以提高金融政策的有效性。The complex reasons of the development imbalance of China＇ s regional finance and the expansion of the economic disparities determine that we should do more research about the inner rules on the theory research about China＇ s regional financial development. In the aspect of the empirical study, there exist different conclusions because of the differences of the study standpoint, the study measures and the data selection. In the real economic operation, it shows that the policy goals are not clear and cannot be judged by the quantitative index, policy cannot be used widely and the policy lacks new tools. So, we can use the experience on the regional financial policy of the mature market-economy countries＇ , and according to the characteristics and the conditions of the economy, we modify and improve the existing financial policy to enhance the effectiveness of the financial policy.
