摘　　要：本文运用委托代理理论的相关观点为银行操作风险控制提供思路,在分析国有商业银行操作风险管理滞后现状及问题的基础上,以外鉴内,延伸视角,提出了操作风险管理的改进方法和防范措施。The article deals with the banks operational risk by new methods of the theory of Trust Agent Agreement. On the basis of analyzing the lagging situation and problems of the state-owned commercial banks about operational risk management, we propose the improving ways and precaution measures by the way of absorbing foreign experiences and scoping angle of view.
