摘　　要：近十年来，国内外学者相继报道在人以及牛、羊、猪、大鼠的腹泻粪样中检出Ｂ组轮状病毒〔１－３〕。洪涛等于１９８３年首次报道成人腹泻轮状病毒（ＡＤＲＶ）属于Ｂ组轮状病毒〔４〕。目前，轮状病毒Ｂ组已被公认为引起人及不同动物腹泻的流行病学的重要因素。由于Ｂ组轮...Rotavirus double-stranded RNAs(dsRNA) isolated from kid stool samples were reverse transcripted and amplified by PCR using two oligonucleotide primers derived from the genome 3 fragment of IDIR strain of group B rotavirus (GBRV).The 290-bp amplified products were labeled with photobiotin as probe for the detection of GBRV in stool specimens by dot-blot hybridization.The results suggested that genomic RNA of GBRV strain of lamb,kid and calf were readily detected with strong positive signals by hybridization,whereas the samples from fecal specimens containing porcine and ovine GARV,porcine GBRV,GCRV or fecal specimens from uninfected controls gave negative reaction.The PCR method provided a rapid and efficient mean by which large quantities of cDNA suitable for probing to detect GBRV could be obtained.
