肾综合征出血热Ⅱ型疫苗(L99株)免疫效果及对Ⅰ型病毒攻击的保护作用

摘　　要：为探讨Ⅱ型肾综合征出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）疫苗的实际流行病学免疫效果及对姬鼠型ＨＦＲＳ的交叉保护作用，我们选择混合型疫区为研究现场，应用Ⅱ型ＨＦＲＳ疫苗（Ｌ９９株）进行人群接种观察，研究结果表明，该疫苗对以家鼠型为主的混合型疫区具有明显的保护效果，保护率为１００％，接种组家鼠型和姬鼠型ＨＦＲＳ的理论发病数和实际发病数间均具有显著性差异（Ｐ值分别为Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），由此可见，Ⅱ型ＨＦＲＳ苗（Ｌ９９株）除适合家鼠型疫区外。In order to inquire into the epidemiological immune effect of inactivated vaccine against Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) and its pretection to the infection of Hantaan (HTN) type,we choose mixed epidemic areas as the studying site.We have observed the immune effect of the vaccine (L99 strain) for two years.The results indicate that type Ⅱ vaccine has remarkable effect to the mixed epidemic areas which Seoul (SEO) type takes the lead,the protective rate is 100%.There is remarkable difference between the theoretic number and practical number of patients of two types of HFRS.(P<0.05,P<0.01,respectively).Therefore the type Ⅱ vaccine of HFRS are not only suitable for the hantaan type epidemic areas,but also the mixed epidemic areas and seoul type epidemic areas.
