摘　　要：对接种甲肝减毒活疫苗的222名志愿者进行了连续5年的免疫持久性观察，二批疫苗免后6周抗体阳转率分别为97.36％和97.22％，抗体GMT分别为5．134和5．408；免后3年抗体阳性率为88.89％和89.42％，GMT为2．764和2．406；兔后5年抗体阳性率为80．76％和81．69％，GMT为1．746和1．823。疫苗批间抗体阳性率、GMT差异无显著性意义，表明该疫苗具有良好的免疫原性及免疫持久性。The immune persistence of live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine(L-A-1)wasobserved for 5 years in 222 volunteers.The result showed that the HA antibody positive ratesof the volumteers immunized with 2 lots of the vaccine were 97.36% and 97.22% respectively 6 weeks after immunization,and the GMTs of them were 5.134 and 5.408 respectively;three years after immunization,the positive rates were 88.89% and 89.42%,and the GMTswere 2.764 and 2.406 respectively;five years after immunization,the positive rates were 80.76% and 81.69%,and the GMTs were 1.746 and 1.823 respectively.No significant difference was found between the antibody positive rates and GMTs induced by the 2 lots.Itshowed good immunogenicity and immune persistence of the vaccine.
