摘　　要：基于在云南省泸西县部分村镇新农村规划建设中统一拟新建民居设计工作的实践,该文探讨了如何在新民居单体设计中沿袭传统民居特色并改善居住环境,提出农村新民居的建设要全面提取多民族地区民族共融的聚居文化特色,同时应分析不同村落村民的具体心理需求;在改善村民的生活水平的同时,也要考虑到各村农民建房能力的具体差异。Base on the design practice of building unified dwelling houses in planning and construction of new rural areas in parts of towns and villages in Luxi County, Yunnan Province, this article explores how to design the houses inheriting the traditional features as well as improving the living environment, and proposes that the construction should extract comprehensive multiethnic cultural characteristics, analyze specific psychological needs of different villagers, and consider different capacities of people in each village while improving the living condition.
