摘 要:该文采用建筑能耗模拟软件DeST-h,以宁波地区为例,对既有居住建筑围护结构各项节能改造技术进行经济性分析。分析结果表明:塑钢普通中空玻璃窗性价比最高;外墙无论是采用保温砂浆类还是聚苯板类,保温层越厚性价比越低;屋顶保温层越厚性价比越高,但保温层厚度超过40mm后,性价比几乎不变。Using the building energy simulation software DeST-h and taking Ningbo Zone as an example, this article economically analyzes energy-saving rebuilding technology of existing residential building envelope. The analysis results show that using ordinary plastic steel insulated glass windows are most cost-effective; whether the external walls built by heat insulation mortar type or category of polystyrene board, the thicker the insulation layer is, the lower the cost performance is; the thicker the roof insulation layer is, the higher the cost performance is, however when the layer thickness exceeds 40 mm, the cost performance is almost unchanged.
