摘　　要：该文结合社区营造、城市再生、可持续发展等理论,以北京市具有代表性的街区整治更新项目——南锣鼓巷为例,在对街区历史沿革和现状问题分析的基础上,阐释了南锣鼓巷再生实践的主要思路及策略,并对再生实践中的若干适用性策略作了进一步的分析与探讨,以期为当前历史街区的可持续再生提供有益的参考与借鉴。Combining with theories of community construction, urban regeneration and sustainable development, this article analyzes the history and actuality of South Luogu Lane, a typical historic district in Beijing, explains the main thoughts and strategies of its regeneration practice, and discusses how to make them adapt to the district, for the purposes to do benefit for the sustainable regeneration of historic district in China cities.
