摘 要:食品级磷酸国家标准要求酸中氟含量低于10mg/L。采用汽提法脱氟净化湿法磷酸,研究了真空度、脱氟时间、原料酸浓度对真空汽提脱氟效果的影响和汽提中磷损失的情况。结果表明:合适真空度为0.065~0.07MPa,时间为1.5h,脱氟效率不受原料磷酸浓度影响,原料磷酸w(P2O5)为52%最节省能耗和时间,磷损失率在0.6%以下。Based on the requirement of national standard for food-grade phosphoric acid with the tluonne content of lower than 10mg/L, the WPA is purified by steam stripping method, the effect and the loss of phosphorus are studied from such factors as vacuum degree, defluorination time and concentration of raw material, WPA by vacuum steam stripping. The experiments show the suitable vacuum degree of 0.065-0.07MPa, the defluorination time of 1.5 hours, the defluorination efficiency is irrelevant to the concentration of raw material, however w (P2O5) of 52% is the least energy and time consumption; the loss of phosphorus is less than 0.6%.
