摘 要:区域电网常常以1个或多个变电站作为电源向下一级电网供电,相应变电站高压母线被等值处理为虚拟电源。虚拟电源不同于实际发电机,其电压随变电站供电负荷的变化而变化。文中考虑虚拟电源的电压特性以及变电站控制母线的逆调压要求,建立区域电网的多目标动态无功优化新模型,并采用灵敏度方法将虚拟电源电压表示为供电无功的线性函数。相对常规模型,新模型仍然具有多时段非线性混合整数规划特点,但不含发电机端电压的独立控制变量,增加了逆调压的中枢点电压控制目标和虚拟电源的功率因数约束,因而更具有实用价值。In regional power grids, substations of a high-voltage level provide power to a low-voltage grid, operating like power sources. This paper first defines the high-voltage buses of those substations as dummy power sources. Different from real generators, the voltage of the dummy power source varies with its power injection. A sensitivity formula for describing the relation between the voltage and the power injection of the dummy generator is proposed. Then considering the requirement for inverse voltage regulation of the substation' s control bus and the voltage characteristics of the dummy power sources, a new model for multiple-objective dynamic reactive power optimization in regional power grid is proposed. Relative to the conventional model, the new model also has the characteristics of multi-time periods and nonlinear mixed-integer programming, but without the generator and voltage as independent control variable, but with two constraints added, including the voltage ohiective of nilot buses and the constraint of the power factor. Hence, it has more practical value.
