摘　　要：妊娠高血压综合征是导致孕产妇和围产期妇女发病、死亡的主要原因之一。研究表明,胎盘滋养层细胞功能障碍及母体血管系统内皮功能障碍是妊高征始发的病理生理学中心环节。本文对高频超声检查对妊高征潜在的预测价值进行综述。Pregnancy-induced hypertension （PIH） is a major factor in maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. The mechanism in PIH etiology has not yet been fully revealed. Placental trophoblast dysfunction and endothelial dysfunction of maternal body are the main pathophysiological changes in initial stage. The potential value of high-resolution ultrasound in the prediction of PIH was discussed in this review.
