中药油纱治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药油纱治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果。方法2003年2月—2005年7月收治的30例(50处)Ⅱ期压疮患者作为对照组,常规用无菌凡士林纱布覆盖压疮,外层用无菌干纱布固定,每天更换1次;2005年8月—2007年12月收治的30例(48处)Ⅱ期压疮患者作为观察组,用中药油纱敷在压疮表面,再用棉垫包扎,每天更换1次;比较两组疗效及治愈时间。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治愈时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论中药油纱具有活血化淤、消肿止痛的作用,采用中药油纱治疗Ⅱ期压疮效果显著。Objective To explore the effects of TCM-oil gauze in treating phase Ⅱ bedsores. Methods For the control group, made up of 30 cases （50 bedsores） hospitalized between Feb. 2003 and Jul. 2005, the bedsores were pressed with the conventional aseptic vaseline gauze, fixed with aseptic dry gauze on the top. The gauze was changed on a daily basis. For the observation group （30 cases with 48 bedsores hospitalized between Aug. 2005 and Dec. 2007）, the bedsores were pressed with TCM-oil gauze, which was wrapped with the cotton pad. And daily change was made. Then a comparison was made of the effects among the two groups. Results The overall rate of efficacy for the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the time the healing took for the observation group was shorter than that of the other （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM-oil gauze has the effect of invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis, and relieving pain and swelling and can produce remarkable effect in treating Phase Ⅱ bedsores.
