社区家庭访视对代谢综合征相关组影响的评价

摘　　要：目的评价社区家庭访视对代谢综合征患者的影响。方法选取符合诊断标准220例代谢综合征患者,随机分为家庭访视组和对照组各110例;访视组由专职医务人员进行定期家庭访视,对照组不作干预。比较1年后、2年后进行干预前后两组间的相关指标。结果干预后1年SBP、DBP、TG、TC、LDL-C均降低(P<0.05),HDL-C较前提高(P<0.05),而体重指数、体质量无明显变化(P>0.05)。干预后2年相关组分均有明显变化,干预前后达标情况以SBP、DBP、TG最理想,其次为FPG、2hPG、TC、HDL的达标情况,体重指数达标干预后1年无明显变化,干预后2年有明显变化。干预组与对照组比较,干预前与干预后1年、干预后2年对比相关指标均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论社区家庭访视干预对代谢综合征各代谢指标均有明显改善,能有效改善被管理人员的整体健康状况和生活质量,是一种有效的干预方法。Objective To evaluate the community-based home visiting on the impact of the metabolic syndrome. Methods Elect the 220 cases in line with the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into home visiting group and the control group 110 cases. The full-time medical staff carried out regular home visits, non-intervention control group. Comparison of 1 year, 2 years before and after intervention between the two groups of relevant indicators. Results 1 year after the intervention, the outcome of SBP, DBP.TG, TC, LDL-C were lower （P 〈0. 05）, HDL-C increased over the previous （P 〈0. 05）, and body mass index and body weight had no significant change （P 〉 0. 05）. 2 years after the intervention, the relative composition all had changes, among which SBP, DBP and TG were the best to fit for the healthy standards followed by FPG,, 2Hpg, TC and HDL. The standards body mass index had no significant changes 1 year after the intervention but had changes 2 years after intervention. Compared with the control group, the contrast-related indicators of the intervention group had improved significantly before and after lyear and 2 years intervention （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Community home visiting intervention has significantly improved metabolic markers and can effectively improve the management of the overall health status and quality of life. It is an effective means of intervention.
