摘 要:利用超声乳化机理,将适当配比的0^#柴油、水和SP80型乳化剂进行乳化,研究了掺水量、乳化剂含量、乳化温度和乳化时间对乳化柴油稳定性的影响.结果表明,随着掺水量的增加,乳化柴油的热值逐渐下降,黏度、闪点、燃点和凝点越来越高,最大掺水量应小于18%.对10%,15%掺水量的乳化柴油进行台架试验表明,中小负荷工况下节油效果不明显,大负荷工况下节油效果显著,节油率在9%~14%之间,燃用乳化柴油可降低尾气排放中NOx和排气可见污染物的含量.Based on ultrasonic emulsification, the mixture of 0^# diesel oil, water and SP80 emulsifier gathered with an appropriate ratio was micro-emulsified. The influencing factors for the stability of the emulsified diesel oil, such as the mixing proportion for water and emulsifier, ultrasonic emulsion breaking temperature and treatment time were investigated. The results showed that, along with the increasing of water mixed, the calorific value of the emulsified diesel oil decreased, but viscosity, flash point, ignition point and the solidifying point were getting higher and higher. It also showed the maximum proportion of the water mixed should not exceed 18%. The bench test of emulsified diesel oil with 10% and 15% water mixed showed that the effect of saving oil was not obvious under small and medium load conditions, but it was significant under the large load conditions and the saving rate could range from 9% to 14%. As the fuel of the diesel, emulsified diesel oil could reduce Nitrogen Oxides and exhaust visible pollutants.
